Muscle reduction and why
There are many people for whom getting adjusted becomes frustrating because the adjustment can be difficult and the benefits of the adjustment are not lasting. Among the variables that become the frustration of an adjustment not lasting is the wellness and the quality of the muscles and the muscle tendon tissue assembly around and associated with any joint. If they are in bad enough shape, may prevent an adjustment or prevent the adjustment from lasting. Muscles being unwell is just as important as the joint being unwell, they are a hand in a glove phenomenon. When they are both behaving well there is no second thought, but if one is wrong almost always the other is wrong- this is why muscle reduction can be so important for lasting adjustments.
In many cases, the muscle tissue can be profound as it becomes the fundamental disorder the difference between you getting better and you not getting better not necessarily being about the adjustment but about being recovery and normalizing the muscles.
What does muscle reduction look like?
For these problem cases management of the muscles usually takes the form of reduction and remodeling. But what is being reduced? In most cases, the reduction is places where the repair process has gone poorly. This can be complicated but we can try to simplify it by saying that with wear, injury, or any other circumstances that insights inflammation subsequently repair process which is eligible to turn into the muscle with adhesions, trigger points, and in bad cases even fibrosing.
Reducing this disturbed state of the muscle by itself is not enough because that reduced muscle will remodel back to its known disturbed state. Reduction of the qualified tissue and a battery of management becomes successfully remolding, at the center of which is the adjustment. For the tissue and muscles to remodel normally, the joint needs to be moving normally as well.
